To prepare your Z Fold device for sale, follow these steps:
- Back up your data: Ensure all important data is backed up to Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, or an external storage device.
- Factory reset: Perform a factory reset to erase all personal data from the device. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset.
- Remove your Samsung account: Log out of your Samsung account and unlink your device from any associated accounts.
- Power off: Turn off your device before shipping to prevent accidental power-on during transit.
